Install eSIM Guide
Follow the step-by-step instructions to activate your GlobeSim eSIM.

Your eSIM QR code will arrive via WhatsApp and Email immediately after purchase.

Open Settings
Open the Settings app on your iPhone

Tap Cellular
Go to the Cellular section

Add eSIM
Tap 'Add eSIM' or 'Use QR Code'

Scan QR Code
Scan your GlobeSim QR code

Follow Prompts
Complete setup by following on-screen instructions

Turn ON Data Roaming
IMPORTANT: Enable 'Data Roaming' in Settings

Most modern iPhones (XS and newer) and recent Android devices (Samsung Galaxy S20+, Google Pixel 3+, etc.) support eSIM. Your device must be factory unlocked.
Fastest way to confirm compatibility:
Dial *#06# on your phone.
– If the device is eSIM compatible, you will see a section called "EID" with a long number.
– If no EID appears, the device does not support eSIM.
You can also check manually in Settings:
– iPhone: Settings → General → About
– Android: Settings → About Phone → Status Information
